Got an email saying items had been delivered to my home town but with no address attached. Emailed them and was told it was at asda. The delivery driver left my parcel at the back doors of asda and didn't check it in. The woman at asda was as confused as me. Never ordering from here again.

Lovely quality, true to size.

Ordered a jumpsuit, item as described, true to size. However not happy with the delivery which went automatically via the Amazon delivery option while placing the order. Even though I had a tracking link and waited all day for the scheduled drlivery it never turned up all day, instead it got delivered after I left for work in the evening. So I received an email stating that it was left outside my front door, ON THE STREET. This has caused so much worries and upset me very much. This is completely NOT acceptable, not professional and NOT ok. A neighbour has then seen it in the evening and decided to take it and hand to me later as it could have gotten stolen especially in this area... Very disappointed with this delivery. Would not recommend choosing the Amazon delivery option.

Absolutely gorgeous dress. I dont buy from here very often ( mainly because I don’t go out very often ) but every time I do I love what I receive. Gorgeous quality, unique designs, really flattering and reasonably priced. It’s my go - to and never lets me down

Very lovely dress, just as the pictures and quality is amazing. I used it on my birthday and everyone loved it and was asking for the website. Happy customer.

I have used PB many times over the years and always been happy with the service, but especially the other day. I ordered some items for a summer trip one day, and decided to order something else the next day. I got confirmation to say the second items would arrive in time, but nothing about the first. I contacted PB saying I would like a refund as it was pointless if they hadn’t been processed. They got back to me ASAP and assured me they were on there way. Apologised for the misunderstanding and gave a tracking link to show where the items where in transit. They arrived that day, fit perfectly and I used them for my trip. In all the years I have used PB I can honestly say I’ve only sent back the odd items (due to fitting never quality) and even that’s been easy. I find their items very much what you see on screen is what you get.
I Would definitely recommend PB.
